EP Golf Outing on July 22nd! Nearly 80 EPs will attend the Golf Outing on July 22nd with a shotgun start 2 p.m. at the Grove City Country Club. The day includes range balls, greens fees, carts, prizes, and a delicious picnic dinner. Hole Sponsorships for businesses, grad classes, and in honor of fallen brothers were produced by George Rogers (1989) and UC Graphics. Contact Tom Tuchnowski at 412-600-4265, or tommyt9951@gmail.com for any final questions about the Golf Outing.

Vintage EP Jackets The EPs are back and when the boys return to campus the EPAA will outfit each Active with a bold, vintage jacket like generations of EPs proudly wore and passed down. You can sponsor a jacket for ~$130 and as Brother Manley (1967) suggested, we'll enable sponsors to add a label on the inside to personally dedicate each jacket with a special message. Contact Dave Auker dauker22@yahoo.com to help out. EP Homecoming 2023 – September 29th and 30th Grove City Homecoming is (Saturday) September 30th with classes ending in 3 and 8 having milestone anniversaries, so start getting a big group of your brothers together now. EP weekend begins with a golf outing on Friday the 29th at Grove City Country Club. Dave Mannion dave.mannion@lancastersafety.com will have details and how to register. On Saturday the Wolverines, featuring several Active EPs will battle the W&J Presidents and the extra-large EP Tent will feature grilled burgers from Executive Chefs John Miller (1991) and Scott Mossgrove (1989). Featured EP Alumni - Ryan “Stew” Stewart (2005)

I graduated from GCC in 2005 and Pitt Law School in 2008. I practiced at law firms in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh until 2018 when I joined the Government and Commercial Litigation group at FedEx where I am Lead Counsel, Litigation with nationwide responsibilities. I live in the Wexford area, near Pittsburgh with my wife and two sons – ages 5 and 18 months. I coach t-ball and play as much golf as I can. I chose Grove City because (1) it was affordable; (2) as a proud son of Butler, PA, it was close to home; and (3) it was academically rigorous. I knew I wanted to pursue a professional degree and I felt Grove City would prepare me well. I chose Epsilon Pi because of the Actives and my classmates in Spring 2002. I got to know many of the guys during my freshman football season and everyone seemed to be interested in athletics and academics…and not shying away from having a good time. My closest friends all decided that we would accept an EP bid, if offered and there were 12 in our class While we experienced some challenging times for the fraternity, we had the opportunity to live together on the 3d floor of Hopeman Hall during the 2002-2003 academic year. I lived in a triple with two other brothers in the “fattest room on campus.” What could we say, we were linemen! Anyway, having the opportunity to have a hall and live for nine months amongst brothers was a really great experience and that year was without a doubt my best year at GCC. There was always something going on - guys were always around to hang out, workout. or go out. There was always energy there and I have more memorable stories from that one year in Hopeman than the other three years combined. Ryan P. Stewart | Lead Counsel, Litigation | FedEx Ground | 1000 FedEx Drive, Moon Township, PA 15108
