Brothers Working for the Good of All
EP Golf Outing - July 13, 2024
(2 p.m. Shotgun Start)
73 Country Club Rd, Grove City, PA
It's only 45 days until our annual EP Summer Golf Outing and more than 50 EPs are already registered. Our 2023 champions Bucky, Fletcher, Doc and Powless finished at an impressive 14 under par and are looking to repeat. Reach out to your brothers and organize a foursome today and be a part of a record turnout. Last year more than 80 EPs representing SEVEN decades of brotherhood attended. And if you’re not a golfer you can join us for dinner.
Your cost for an enjoyable day including practice range balls, greens fees, carts, prizes, and a delicious picnic style dinner is $100/golfer. Dinner-only is $30/person. For Actives, Dec 2023 grads and May 2024 grads the cost is only $30/golfer.
Get your hole sponsorships for $101 to advertise your business, special class anniversary or in honor/memory of someone special, including Dick McCandless, Kathy Kopnisky, Jeff Coward, and Mike Kirsch. If you’d like to take advantage of this great opportunity, please add this to your payment when you register. Special thanks to George Rogers (1989) and UC Graphics for both printing and providing the signs.
Bring some cash for mulligans, to hit from the red tees on #2 & #18, and raffles, including our always popular bourbon basket. Please contact Tuck ASAP if you have items for door prizes or a silent auction. All excess proceeds from the golf outing fund EPAA sponsored events.
Register and pay through the EP 2024 Golf Outing Link (or Venmo: @EPAA-GCC). Ente the total dollar amount for your purchases (i.e. $100 for golf + $101 for hole sponsorship = $201). Please email Tuck at tommyt9951@gmail.com with your foursome and hole sponsorships.
And here's your opportunity to order custom-made EP Golf Shirts at amazing prices. We have a "silk touch" available in white or navy blue for $15! and a premium Nike DriFIT version available in white for $39! These one-time prices are available through the father of C.J. Otwell (2013) with our bulk order by June 16th for delivery at the EP Golf Outing or you can get these one-time prices for shipment to your home for an extra $10.
EP Homecoming: Weekend of October 12th
The Epsilon Pi 105th Homecoming celebration will be over the weekend of October 12th. Since it's an anniversary year, GCC will process all dinner registrations and payments. See GCC Homecoming site for more details.
We need EP Alumni to walk or ride in sweet convertibles with an EP banner in the Homecoming Parade. We're also looking for more big ideas, volunteers, and nice cars.
Start off with a round of golf at GCCC on Friday afternoon at GCC organized by Dave Mannion.
The EPAA will have the largest Homecoming tent and big plans to serve 200 hot picnic meals to EPAA alumni, friends, and families. Last year EPs from eight decades (1950's to 2020's) were represented!
Festivities will culminate with a traditional Homecoming Dinner Dance at the Doubletree Hotel in Cranberry. We will be adjacent to the Gamma Chi 105th and the Phi Sigma Chi 100th celebrations and President McNulty will stop by to provide an update on GCC activities.
And watch for an announcement about quarter-zips with embroidered EP logos that will be available for pre-order and pick up at the Homecoming Tent.
Fieldhouse: Main Lobby & Hall of Fame Campaign
EP Alumni have donated or pledged more than $400k in the campaign to raise $1 million to name the Main Lobby and Varsity Sports Hall of Fame to honor all members of Epsilon Pi. A special thank you to the four EPs, who have made significant contributions to other sections of the building.
We need your support through donations and multi-year pledges. Please contact Brian Powell of the GCC Development Office 724-458-2992 or the EP Alumni below with any questions or to get started:
